Description
COVID-19: We are caring for your and our safety and are respecting strictly the given directives for hygiene and distance . On top we are in contact with our professional institutions to be updated with the latest informations. On our sunny terrace, in our refurbished restaurant in a 60ties retro style and in our Bavarian Zirbelstube with its tile stove our Alpenrose Bayrischzell Hotel & Restaurant is offering a generous breakfast with ecological products. We are serving fresh cooked traditional Bavarian and regional dishes, refined in a creative manner and with ingredients from our area. Enjoy sunsets on our large terrace or relax under the old trees in our "Biergarten" in front of the Alps, where you also can participate in our barbecue-events. After your sportive activities or just for relaxing our new wellness area is welcoming you; also outdoor guests are welcome.

Lovely hotel with nice clean and renovated rooms. Great breakfast and the whole staff is so friendly. Spending a chilly weekend and numerous hikes start right here in town.

Fabulous staff! Friendly and helpful. We felt very much at home. The food was good. Eventually they are going to have to have a make over of the rooms, but they were very clean and comfortable.

We have only used the restaurant here but following several visits in recent years we continue to be impressed. The staff are friendly and keen to help and the food is great. It’s a good location next to the BOB rail station (no noise - don’t worry!) and an easy walk to the rest of the town. Generally, Bayrischzell has improved in recent years. It’s good to see the town beginning to look more prosperous again. It’s is a Bavarian gem and a very pretty and interesting place to look around. The Alpenrose being one of many places that have undergone major renovations but retained their character and appeal. A great place!
